Step 1:

Step 2:
Install http://filesmelt.com/dl/Inv441.rar . [FIXED, TELL ME IF IT STILL DOES NOT WORK.]
Extract with either Winrar or 7zip to Addons. Please note that the only reason this is not on workshop is because it's far too large! I apologize dearly for this, but I figured I needed this huge amount of content for a good RP experience.

And install this if the map doesn't work:

Step 3:
Join the server!
